We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Keep in mind you may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are free to ship returns on their own expense using a reliable local provider, as long the item arrives within 30 days from the original delivery date.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We don't offer returns or exchanges for international purchases (outside US & Canada).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used items. Any returned product(s) must be returned in all of their original packaging, attached tags and in like-new condition.
Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned, and will be returned to customer. Any items returned showing signs of use or having been ridden with (any damage or wear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, scuffing, removal of protective plastic from optical lenses/shields/visors, signs of installation/mounting, road debris, bugs, pet hair, odor, etc) will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, and will be returned to the customer at customers expense. Some Clearance items may be ineligible for return/exchange, as stated on the product page at time of order.
Following Shopify`s and our Return Policy, if a product is deemed unfit for return, no refund will be issued to the customer. In this situation, the customer can choose one of the following options:
- The product will be shipped back to the customer at a shipping cost of $24.90 max ; or The product will be recycled.
If the customer do not select one of the above options within 14 days of Moto Garage Store informing you that your return has been rejected, the product will be recycled.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A restock fee of 30% of product value can be applied for certain returns accepted as a exception of our general policy (we reserve the right of arbitration and definition of acceptable exceptional circumstance).
